1. Get out of bed
  2. Get your breath back
  3. Have a shower
  4.  Get your breath back
  5. Brush your teeth
  6. Get your breath back
  7. Walk out to the kitchen
  8. Get your breath back
  9. Walk down stairs hop in car
  10. Get your breath back

So this is the first 45 minutes of the day for a COPD patient .

A bad day for us is not getting past number 1 !

A good day is realising we’re not alone !
