Hi. My name is Carl Cohen. I was diagnosed with COPD (emphysema) in 2004. Since then I have done everything in my power to remain active at a high level that is possible for me. I hike, bicycle, some weights, and a little swimming. First thank you for this great site and wonderful information. Diet is a major challenge for me and I wonder if you would communicate some specifics about what to look for and what foods are considered healthy fats, what are good proteins and acceptable carbs. Thank you so much for all your help, Carl
Hi Carl. I would recommended using a dietician experienced in ketogenic diets. Have a look a this site, it is a great resource -https://www.ketonutrition.org/
